4S Ranch is located 13 miles from the ocean and 24 miles from the downtown district of San Diego. It is a part of the North County Inland. Built around a town center there are over 4,000 single family homes and town homes as well as a variety of architectural styles. This community was developed in 1987 initially as a business park until housing projects were started in the early 2000s.

Rancho Bernardo is a master planned community in San Diego’s northern hills. The 685-acre business park involves over 50,000 employees that work for companies like Sony US, Northrop Grumman, Microsoft, Broadcom, and BAE Systems. Rancho Bernardo also has Southern California’s oldest winery. The Bernardo Winery was established in 1889 and is still operational.
